Eine rustikal Destination Wedding auf der Stauna Hütte in Aschau mit Silke & Phillip
Als ich das Haus verließ, die Tasche fertig gepackt für die bevorstehende Hochzeit, öffnete sich der Himmel und es fing an zu regnen. Es hatte am Morgen mit Regen gedroht, und schließlich setzte es diese Drohung fort.
Der Regen ließ endlich nach, als ich am Ort ankam, aber die Wolken und der Nebel waren sehr im Spiel.
Ich hatte Silke und Phillip getroffen, als sie im vergangenen Winter im Urlaub waren, um zu besprechen, wie der Tag ablaufen und wie wir uns auf Eventualitäten vorbereiten würden.
Das Wetter ist die einzige Variable, über die Sie am Hochzeitstag wirklich keine Kontrolle haben, es ist, was es ist. Solange Sie akzeptieren, dass es kein Problem ist, und das haben wir getan, improvisieren Sie. Anpassen. Überwinden. was für mich ein Lebensmotto war. Ein alter Chef von mir hat mal gesagt, es gibt keine Probleme, nur Lösungen. (Persönlich bevorzuge ich meins!) Einer der großen Vorteile eines solchen Wetters ist, dass die Wolken die Sonne entschärfen, wodurch das herrlichste Licht entsteht, das alles umhüllt und Ihnen sehr weiche Schatten gibt, die für atemberaubende Hochzeitsporträts sorgen. Genau das ist es Wir hatten diesen Tag.
Das Wetter entschied dann, dass es tagsüber nicht so schlecht sein konnte und der Regen hielt während der Zeremonie sowie der Porträtsitzung aus. Für die Portraitsession fanden wir einen schönen Weg und eine prächtige Eiche, die wir in die Fotos einarbeiten konnten. Wir haben auch einige Panoramaaufnahmen gemacht, bei denen die niedrigen Wolken den Fotos ein dramatischeres Aussehen verliehen.
Die Stuana Hütte hat eine kleine Kapelle im Garten, in der sich Silke & Phillip in einer standesamtlichen Freiertrauung im Beisein ihrer Freunde und Familie das Ja-Wort gegeben haben. Anschließend folgte das Portrait-Shooting mit besagter Eiche und zum Abschluss noch ein paar lustige Familien-Shots mit ihren Kids vor einem klassischen Zillertaler Bauernhaus.
Am Ende ist alles gut gegangen und das Wetter spielt eine Rolle, aber auch wie man es auf sich wirken lässt. Sehen Sie immer das Positive in den Dingen, und es wird Sie auf einen guten Tag vorbereiten, besonders wenn dieser Tag Ihr Hochzeitstag ist.

As I left the house, bag packed ready for the wedding ahead of me, the heavens opened and the rain started to fall. It had been threatening to rainfall morning and finally it followed through on that threat.
The rain finally subsided as I arrived at the location , but the clouds and mist were very much in the game.
I had met Silke and Phillip, while they were on holiday the previous winter to discuss through how the day would proceed and how we would prepare for any eventualities.
The weather is the only variable that you really have no control over on the wedding day, it is what it is. As long as you accept that it is not a problem, and that is what we did, Improvise. Adapt. Overcome. which has been a motto for me during my life. An old boss of mine used to say there are no problems only solutions. (personally I prefer mine!)One of the great benefits of such weather is that the clouds defuse the sun this creates the most gorgeous light that wraps round everything and gives you very soft shadows, which make for stunning wedding portraits.
This is exactly what we had this day.
The weather then decided that it couldn’t be all bad during the day and the rain held off during the ceremony as well as the portrait session. For the portrait session we found a lovely path and a magnificent oak tree in which to incorporate into the photos. We also did some panoramic shots with the low clouds giving a more dramatic look to the photos.
The Stuana Hütte has a small chapel in its garden, where Silke & Phillip exchanged their vows in a Freiertrauung civil ceremony with their friends and family in attendance. We then had the portrait shoot with the aforementioned Oak tree and to finish off we did some funny Family shots with their kids in front of a classical Zillertaler Farmhouse.
In the end it all turned out well and the weather plays a roll but how you let it affect yo also plays a part too. Always see the positive from things, and it will set you up for a good day, especially when that day is your wedding day.
